I haven’t received my order! Why is it taking so long?!

There are two parts to every order: MANUFACTURE, which is often On Demand and may take 1-2 weeks (6 for custom flags); and DELIVERY, which is airmail and dependent on at least two Postal Systems: the Shipping Country (Australia/Scotland), and your country. Usual airmail is 7-10 days, but 12-14 is not uncommon. USA security adds about 2 days minimum for many small packages.

Allow time for your order to be made and shipped.


Can I track my order?

If you pay extra, yes. Standard airmail is Euro €2.95 (US $3.50 and GBP £2.30) for most small packages, and does NOT include tracking. The minimum trackable airmail package is almost €20.00. If you wish to track your package, please go to the ORDER page and click the trackable Registered Mail icon to add the extra postage to your order.

These are Australia Post/Royal Mail prices and policies, not AMP.


AMP won’t respond to email! Why won’t you answer?!

We answer email as soon as possible. If you do not hear back from us within one day, it may be because:

  • Australia is between 13.5 and 15.5 hours ahead of much of the world, so there is a massive time zone delay
  • Check your SPAM/JUNK folder for an AMP response
  • YOUR email may have gone into the AMP Spam/Junk folder and there is a delay seeing it
  • YOUR mailbox may be full or reject some attachments (we send instructions as PDFs). PLEASE clear your mailbox, we have had a lot of bouncebacks due to "mailbox full."

You should always receive an AMP automatic receipt when you place an order or send an email. (That means your email has come into our mailserver, not that we have read it yet.)

PLEASE do not instantly open a dispute in PayPal and assume we have taken your money and left for the South Pacific. We have resolved the few communication issues we have had quickly and fairly.
